About Us

Established in the year 2011, Gasmec Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Gasmech Engineering Services) is a company specializing in providing construction, engineering, fabrication and maintenance services to Oil and Gas Installation, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Bottling Plants and other manufacturing and production companies. It has been our policy to take paramount consideration on the Quality and Safety apart from adhering to the Safety, Health and Environment Policy.

We focus on collective efforts to do things differently by continuously challenging industry norms to achieve real, sustainable and long-term growth. Guided by this bold commitment, we constantly strive for new solutions and push boundaries to stay ahead.

Greetings everyone!

It is a matter of great pride that I am delighted to have been running this company for the past 5 years. Establishing this company serves the purpose of meeting the huge business demands in the Oil & Gas sector by supplying all kinds of parts and equipment that comprises in the industry. Our organization also consists of quality oriented and well-experienced management and employees. These valuable assets ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy in the operational and technical aspects of our organization.

Furthermore, our aim is to provide the best possible services in the Oil and Gas Industry with a transparence manner by providing the best competitive prices with best quality and new technology. We also envisioned our business relationship with our prospects by working as a partner and not treating them as clients, but by also meeting their requirements and support them.

Last but not least, we have never compromised on the safety and quality as well as the services provided to our customers as we believe in keeping our customers happy and providing them with top notch services. I look forward to a wonderful relationship together and success for all concerned.

Teh Kok Guan

Personal Detail

Mr Teh Kok Guan was formerly attached to Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. He has spent 20 years in Shell, Terminal/Depot and Gas Engineering Department before opting for retirement (VSS). He has more than 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has attended numerous safety courses conducted by Shell and NIOSH. He holds a diploma in Civil Engineering and has also completed his Gas Competency Course conducted by University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 2002. He is also an authorized Gas Tester registered with DOSH, Henceforth, Mr Teh Kok Guan is responsible for leading and spearheading the company’s operations and business activities.

We are a registered Gas Contractor with DOSH/JKKP and Suruhanjaya Tenaga (JBEG) and we are capable of providing the following services:

  • Design/Installation for Natural Gas and LPG Piping & Bulk Vessels including submission to relevant authorities for Approval to Install & Operate Storage Tank Repair and Vessel Internal Cleaning Works
  • Engineering, Fabrication and Installation Works
  • Building Construction, Maintenance and Civil Works
  • Oil and Gas Contract Maintenance Works
  • Storage Tank Cleaning & DOSH requalification works
  • Conversion of LPG gas manifold system to LPG vessel system
